Wolcott Falls

I was playing around with iMovie last night, and ended up making the video below of Wolcott Falls Park. After I put the quick little script together, I kind of wished I had some more photos / video angles... So easy on a Mac!

You would have appreciated something that's no longer there: Harnden's Mill. After it had gone out of business, Uncle Tom took photos of it for a project for an RIT photography class and grabbed a few "new" (unused) flour bags of which I have a couple someplace. Then, very shortly after that kids burned it down. I would say this was about 1969. --- I wasn't aware of the kiosk. I'll have to look at it.

Hey, that's an impressive video, and a great way to record local history!!

I sent UT a message to see if he knows the whereabouts of those Harnden's Mill photos...
